Haochen Zhao
Zaho's research focuses on the area of ground control and rock mechanics. Currently, he is working on a research project funded by Alpha Foundation. Also, as part of his Ph.D. studies, he focuses on the effect of overburden characteristic on ground control.
Zhao is a research assistant and Ph.D. student in Department of Mining Engineering at West Virginia University (WVU) since 2018. He received his M.S. from Colorado School of Mines (CSM) in 2018 and his undergraduate degree in Mining Engineering from Henan Polytechnic University (HPU) in 2004.
